Swiss and French citizen, I was born in 1976 and attended school in Lausanne, where I obtained my high school diploma with electives in Latin and English.
I continued my studies at the University of Geneva, completing them in 2002 with a master's degree in law.
After an internship with Croisier & Gillioz, where I practiced both counsel and litigation in civil and commercial matters, I was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2004.
Subsequently, as an associate with Bourgeois Müller Pidoux & Partners, I dealt with the firm's private clients, in particular with the tax issues specific to (Ultra) High Net Worth Individuals, Swiss or foreign, either taxed on a lump-sum basis or under the ordinary tax regime.
I then joined the Corporate Tax department of Ernst & Young. In addition to dealing with a wide range of tax questions concerning legal persons, my practice also included the related issues of commercial law and company law.
Finally, as a member of the tax team of Chabrier Avocats in Geneva, I further sharpen my expertise of both personal and corporate taxation and developed an extensive practice in tax litigation, including criminal tax law. At the same time, I intensely practiced international tax law, with a special focus on setting up of optimal tax structures, the use of double tax treaties, and the procedures for mutual administrative assistance and exchange of information.
Besides the experience acquired in tax and commercial law, these years gave me the opportunity to deal with many related law areas. Therefore, I am now in a position to offer my clients a comprehensive understanding of their needs and consequently propose tailor-made solutions proper to meet their requests and goals.
Submitted to the Vaud Authority of surveillance, I am admitted to practice anywhere in Switzerland.
I practise in French and English.
